Description

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COPPER HEATER

  1. Water heater: Made of copper Cu specially designed in 2 cups that are joined together by a single welding seam.
  2. Mantle: Made of copper without impurities and in accordance with international copper standards.
  3. Cold water inlet and hot water outlet: Copper pipes Ø diameter 21 X 2.2 and thread ½΄΄.
  4. Closed safety valve fitting nozzle: Copper pipe ½ ’’.
  5. Insulation: 60 mm thick high density expanded polyurethane (44 kgr / m3).
  6. Insulation thermal conductivity: 0.0120 W / mK.
  7. Outer casing : in four types depending on your needs (gray-stainless-white-tile).
  8. Side caps: Specially designed and shaped pressed-button caps, without auxiliary rivet retention.
  9. Electrical resistance: power according to the regulations of the country of destination with a thermostat of monopolar control and bipolar protection. The resistor is adapted to a specially shaped 3 mm brass flange with a thread of 8 screws, for easy installation or replacement in the boiler in case of wear.
  10. Receptacle for the thermostat stem.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PHAETHON SELECTIVE COLLECTORS

  1. Copper & aluminum are the materials used, ie non-corrosive materials, which ensure a lifespan of many decades. There are no corrosive steel parts.
  2. Frame made of heavy-duty oval aluminum profiles, of high aesthetics, advanced design, with internal angled die-cast screw aluminum angle joints that ensure the perfect fit & tightness of the frame parts & the large stacker.
  3. Absorber selective surface made of 0.4 mm thick aluminum foil with special titanium oxide coating. The coating is done with a special vacuum treatment in Germany. The surface of absorption of solar radiation is perfectly applied on the copper hydroskeleton by welding in automatic LASER machines for direct transfer of heat to the thermal liquid. This ensures a very high absorption coefficient α> 95% & a very low emission coefficient ε <5%, which contribute to the maximum thermal efficiency of the collector.
  4. Foil collector that ensures complete tightness against the frame without rivets.
  5. Hydroskeleton absorber made of copper pipes Φ8 & Φ22 mm
  6. Safety glass tempered 4 mm thick with high permeability τ> 0.94.
  7. Thermal insulation from fiberglass density d = 30kg / m3 both at the back and sides of the collector.
  8. Oval rubber gasket of special design adapted to the copper connecting pipes of the collector to prevent heat bridge between the frame and copper pipes due to thermal contraction and expansion.
